A Ministry of Sharing

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11/3/26

This privacy policy explains how A Ministry of Sharing (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through ministryofsharing.com. It applies only to information collected by this website. It covers:

  1. What personally identifiable information we collect through the website, how we use it, and who we may share it with.
  2. What choices you have about the use of your data.
  3. How we protect your information.
  4. How you can correct or delete your information.
  5. How the website uses cookies and third-party services.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect only the information you choose to give us:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message. We use this only to read and reply to your message.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address. We use it only to tell you when a new study is released.
  • Email: if you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you submit a form, our form software also records your IP address and the date and time of the submission. This helps us prevent spam.

We will not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties, except the service providers who host and run this website (see “Cookies and Third-Party Services” below), or when the law requires it.

Buying the Studies

This website does not sell anything directly or take payments. The “Buy on Amazon” links take you to Amazon, and any purchase you make there is governed by Amazon’s own privacy policy.

Your Choices and Access to Your Information

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Through our Contact page, you can also ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you, if any.
  • Correct any information we hold about you.
  • Delete any information we hold about you.
  • Address any concern about how we use your information.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond to you, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Security

This website uses an encrypted connection (https), so information you submit through our forms is encrypted between your browser and our server. Access to submitted information is limited to the family members who run this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cookies and Third-Party Services

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. It uses the following services:

  • Hosting: Web servers automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
  • Google Fonts: the website loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Spam protection: our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person, not a bot.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, in a form that doesn’t identify you by name. See Google’s privacy information for visitors of sites that use Google Analytics.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
